1. About EntertainYou
EntertainYou is operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321), registered in Australia. EntertainYou is a technology platform and verified directory connecting clients with professional entertainers for private events, hens nights, bucks parties, birthdays and corporate events. By using EntertainYou you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use EntertainYou
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on EntertainYou, whether as a client or an entertainer. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. EntertainYou reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms.
3. EntertainYount services only
EntertainYou is a directory for professional EntertainYount services only. Entertainers listed on the platform provide EntertainYount — topless waitstaff, strip shows, burlesque, drag performance, life drawing, DJs, cocktail classes, and related services. EntertainYou does not facilitate and expressly prohibits the offering, solicitation or provision of sexual services through the platform. Any entertainer found to be using the platform to offer or arrange sexual services will be immediately and permanently removed.
4. For clients
EntertainYou provides a directory to help clients find and book verified entertainers for private events. While all entertainers on the platform have undergone verification, EntertainYou does not guarantee the quality of any performance or service delivered. Clients book directly with entertainers and any contract for services is between the client and the entertainer. EntertainYou is not a party to that contract.
5. For entertainers
Listing on EntertainYou is free. Your membership only activates when you receive your first client enquiry. By joining you confirm you hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), current public liability insurance, and that all information on your profile is accurate. EntertainYou does not take a commission on any booking. Your flat monthly membership fee is the only payment to EntertainYou.
6. Entertainer verification
All entertainers on EntertainYou must provide a valid ABN, proof of identity, and current public liability insurance before their profile goes live. EntertainYou reviews all applications manually. Providing false or misleading verification information is grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
7. Memberships and billing
Membership tiers are billed monthly in AUD. Membership activates when you receive your first client enquiry and renews automatically each month. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. EntertainYou does not offer refunds on membership fees except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
8. Referral program
Entertainers receive a permanent discount on their monthly membership for each active referred entertainer on the platform. The discount applies while the referred entertainer remains active. EntertainYou reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Reviews
Reviews on EntertainYou are only accepted from clients with confirmed bookings. EntertainYou does not verify the accuracy of review content but reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms. Entertainers may not solicit fake reviews or attempt to manipulate their review profile.
10. Prohibited conduct
You must not use EntertainYou to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, offer or solicit sexual services, harass or threaten other users, attempt to circumvent the verification system, post fake reviews, or scrape or copy platform data. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, EntertainYou and Leah Justyce Art Gallery are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. EntertainYou is a technology directory platform and is not responsible for the conduct of entertainers or clients at private events.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of EntertainYou after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
