When do I start paying?
Never until a client contacts you. Your profile is free to create and free to list. Your membership only activates the day you receive your first client enquiry. No enquiries, no charge. Ever.
Does EntertainYou take commission from bookings?
Never. You set your own rates. You keep every cent your client pays you. EntertainYou charges a flat monthly membership only.
What is the difference between Solo and Pro?
Solo lists you in one category. Pro lists you in up to three categories and includes priority placement and a full media gallery.
What counts as an agency?
Studio is for businesses managing 2 to 5 entertainers. Agency is for businesses managing 6 or more. If you book out entertainers who are not you, you are an agency.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How does the referral program work?
Every entertainer or agency you refer who activates permanently reduces your monthly fee, all the way to free at 10 active referrals.
What does verification involve?
ABN check, identity confirmation, and public liability insurance review. Your listing goes live once all three are confirmed.
